Meet Peanut
Peanut was born on 4th August 2022, a tiny singleton sausage with no siblings but enough personality to make up for an entire litter. He’s a miniature dachshund with a one‑of‑a‑kind mix of long‑haired, short‑haired, and wire‑haired sass — truly a dog who couldn’t decide on just one fabulous look.
Peanut lives life with maximum attitude and minimum leg length. He’s gloriously sassy, delightfully obsessive, and proudly vocal about… well, everything. If he’s not barking at imaginary threats, he’s demanding walkies on tap, judging the world with his signature side‑eye, or playing fetch like it’s a full‑time career.
He may be small, but his energy is endless, his opinions are loud, and his charm is impossible to resist. Peanut is the king of chaos, the ruler of routine, and the heartbeat of every adventure.
Peanut isn’t just a dog — he’s a lifestyle, a mood, and a tiny four‑legged dictator wrapped in fur.
Meet Butter
Butter was born on 22nd April 2023, a whole year younger than Peanut and part of a tiny litter of two — complete with a sister who taught him early on how to wrestle, wiggle, and win hearts. He’s a long‑haired cream miniature dachshund with the shoulders of a rugby player and the softness of a living marshmallow.
From the moment he joined the We Are Little Long Dogs household, Butter became the perfect playmate — enthusiastic, fearless, and always ready to bring the fun. He’s the sausage who turns every day into a game, whether he’s playing hide and seek, barking dramatically from the top of the stairs, or mistiming his jumps in the most endearing attempts to catch a ball.
When he’s not causing adorable chaos, Butter is a professional burrower, tunnelling deep under blankets like a tiny, determined mole. And yes — he sings. Actual songs. With feeling.
Butter is joy in long‑dog form: sweet, silly, and always ready to make you laugh.
